Randy was amazing! He came at the time stated. He was professional and personable. Our carpets were badly stained due to us having pets, but when he was done we were totally satisfied! He took his time and made sure he did everything he said he would do! We will not only use him in the future, but will refer him to all who are looking!

I highly recommends Randy’s Janitorial carpet cleaning. He did his best in cleaning all 4 my bed rooms carpet and my upstair living room too. I really satisfied for cleanest my carpet which has been 20 years old but still in good condition. Although he forgot 1 bed room to clean after 3 hours and all tools already in his car, then he did it again to finalize the job with a reasonable price as he quoted me before

Randy was AMAZING! He was very clear with his communication ahead of the appointment as well as the day of the appointment. He was polite, courteous, and just genuinely a friendly guy! We did a walk through of the areas of the carpet I was needing to have cleaned and we talked through the final pricing as well as the estimated timeframe clearly and professionally, and the carpets turned out great! I have a 12.5 year old dog whose bladder has started to age and Randy was able to make the carpets look and smell as if they were brand new! I would highly recommend his services and will absolutely look to use his services again :) I should’ve taken a before and after pic, however, you can see clearly how well the carpets turned out! No dark spots anywhere :) I was very happy with the final outcome!

Randy was so thorough and detailed. He removed stains that other company’s tried previously and just couldn’t ! He took the time to make sure we were happy at the end and even provided shoe covers for us to walk thru. His prices are reasonable and his work speaks for itself. Randy came out to clean the carpets at our townhouse before we moved out. He showed up on-time, was professional, thorough and made sure to get out a stain we had and check for any areas that may need to be treated due to pets. Randy was great, from the time I submitted a request for a quote and got a very fast response, until the end when he left our house leaving our carpet and couches super clean. It was a big job, and we have pets. Randy worked almost 6 hours nonstop, taking care of our carpet, area rug, and couches making sure everything was clean and deodorized. Randy was referred to me by a friend and I greatly appreciated it. I needed my carpet cleaning for a move out of a two story home that I lived at for 11 years. With young kids growing up in the home, over the years we acquired some tough stains. Randy came in and got the job done and removed all stains. The house looked brand new. I didn’t even know my carpet was suppose to be white… he came witching 1.5 hours of calling him. Had a great attitude! And quality of work is just amazing! He did so good my buddy that was with me will be hiring him in October to clean all his carpet in his house! Hard to find good people. Hard to find great quality work! And this guy has it!
